Desk/5000 – EMV download

Learn how to perform an EMV public key download and update EMV files on your device.

Note: Your device may be a different color but all instructions apply

 

EMV download

  1. From the Home Screen with the Chase Logo, press [#] on the keypad to access the Admin Menu.
  2. Enter the Admin Name and Admin Password on the keypad.
  3. Press [8] for Host Management.
  4. Press [1] to select EMV Public Key Load.
  5. Press [1] to select EMV Public Key Load again.
  6. Terminal will connect to host and once download completes, terminal will display: Succeeded, otherwise it will display: Failed.
