Desk/5000 – Reboot terminal
When a terminal encounters issues, a reboot refreshes the system and restores normal operations. This simple process helps troubleshoot terminals.
Your device may be a different color, instructions are still applicable.
Reboot terminal
- Press the yellow [Correction] key and pound sign [#] together for about 5 seconds.
- Screen will show Reset in Progress and the terminal will reboot.
- Terminal will go back to home screen with Chase logo.
