Move/5000 – Reboot terminal
When a terminal encounters issues, a reboot refreshes the system. This simple process helps troubleshoot terminals and ensures seamless transaction processing.
Your device may be a different color, instructions are still applicable.
Reboot terminal
- Press the yellow [Correction] key and pound sign [#] together for about 5 seconds.
- Screen will show Reset in Progress and the terminal will reboot.
- Home screen with the Chase logo will be displayed indicating a successful reboot.
