2. Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE)

Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is a national network of women-owned businesses that offers procurement opportunities, executive education and the chance to network with vetted entrepreneurs.

  • According to the WBENC, the business must be at least 51% owned and managed by women who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
  • You must provide documents that demonstrate legal control, management and contribution by a woman or women.

 

  • Gather required documentation.
  • Create a WBENCLink2.0 account and complete your application.
  • Pay your non-refundable application fee. Note that fees vary based on your business revenue.
