3. Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (LGBTBE)
The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) is a U.S.-based advocacy program that offers LGBTBE certifications. Inspired by the WBENC, this organization is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive supply chain.
- According to the NGLCC, the business must be at least 51% owned and managed by LGBT persons who are either U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
- The application fee is $400 (waived with proof of NGLCC affiliate chamber membership).
- Certification takes between 60 and 90 days.
