Meredith Colby has worked in the same coffee shop for almost a year. Tucked between a dress shop and a camera store, the coffee house is dated but draws a small crowd of locals, so the owners are able to make ends meet.
Meredith works almost every day. She’s become friends with the shop owners, an elderly couple. The regulars love her because she knows their drink orders by heart and makes the best lattes.
