The Holi Celebration itinerary includes a three-night stay at Raffles Jaipur. What You’ll Do

Your four-day Holi Celebration begins with a welcome dinner at City Palace, a towering former royal residence that was constructed in 1729. After dinner, you’ll retire to your regal room at the Raffles Jaipur.

Thursday morning starts with a shopping trip to Jaipur’s wholesale flower market, an experience popular with locals. Next, you’ll learn how carpets are hand-knotted and fabrics are block-printed at local textile shops. After you work up an appetite shopping, you’ll be whisked away via tuk-tuk to a vegetarian-based lunch at The Johri, a trendy boutique hotel in the center of the old city. Later in the evening, you’ll have dinner in Bar Palladio’s cerulean dining room for a private celebration of Holika Dahan, a festival held on the eve of Holi.

On Friday, you’ll experience Rajasthani street food, vibrant gulal (colored powder), Dhol drummers, Bollywood dance performances and henna at the Raffles x Chase Travel Holi celebration. Afterward, congregate for cocktails and a private farewell dinner under the stars.

Your last day, Saturday, includes an early morning hot air balloon ride over the stunning sandstone and marble courtyards of Amber Fort, a former royal residence and current UNESCO World Heritage Site. Where You’ll Stay

Enjoy a three-night stay at the Raffles Jaipur, a palace at the edge of the city. You’ll call the hotel’s classic Landmark room home, and feel like royalty in the gorgeous marble bathroom and while sprawling on the intricate bone-inlay furniture.

When you’re not admiring the Aravalli Mountain Range views from your private balcony, enjoy meals at the property’s four dining spaces, including afternoon tea at the Safir Tea and Champagne Lounge, a Jaipur Sling or Mumbai Mule at The Writer’s Bar and delicious North Indian cuisine at Arkaa. After packed days exploring the city, relax at the property’s two-floor spa, complete with temperature-controlled mineral pools, hammams and a sauna.
