Marriot Bonvoy benefits
When you join Marriot Bonvoy, you can book rooms at an exclusive member rate and enjoy complimentary in-room Wi-Fi. At participating hotels, you can check in or chat with your hotel before arrival through the Marriott Bonvoy app. The app allows you to check in and activate your Mobile Key, which enables you to use your phone as a room key. The Marriott Bonvoy program makes it relatively easy to redeem your points. You can redeem them on free nights, flights, experiences and more. Whenever you’re short on points, you can still book a stay with a combination of cash and points. If you love a deal, access the PointSavers program, which allows you to find stays while saving on points redemption. Members in the Elite tiers can get benefits such as late checkouts, reservation guarantees, enhanced room upgrades, lounge access, welcome gifts and more. Please note that availability varies by Elite tier and hotel brand.

What you can redeem your Bonvoy points on
Book a stay
You can redeem your points on stays or room upgrades. Use points, cash and points or a Free Night Award certificate to book a room. The point redemption rate for a room can fluctuate based on demand, so look out for PointSavers Awards to get the most economical redemption opportunities. It’s also a good value to redeem your points for five consecutive nights. For eligible 5-day stays, you’ll get the night with lowest point value free under Marriott Bonvoy’s “Stay for Five, Pay for Four” offer. The offer only applies to a single reservation booked entirely with points.
Book flights and car rentals
Redeem your Bonvoy points directly to book flights or rent cars. The hotel loyalty program has partnerships with more than 40 airlines and car rental companies that you can redeem points for to book your next trip.
Share your points
If you’re feeling generous or need to spend points before they expire, you can transfer them to another Bonvoy member. Transfer up to 100,000 points per calendar year. Another way to share is by donating your points to charity. There are over 20 charities you can contribute to and donations start at 2,500 points.
