    The Sapphire Lounge at PHX is located in Terminal 4. It is in the South 1 Concourse near Gates D11-D18.

    The lounge is open daily from 4:30am-10:30pm, local time (subject to change).

    Travelers can visit the Chase Sapphire Lounge for a reprieve from the normal hustle and bustle of an airport. There are spaces to relax or work as well as admire artwork curated by the JPMorganChase Art Collection.

    The Sapphire Lounge has an indoor patio that features an Airstream where travelers can order food. Guests can dine on local and seasonal items from the larder & the delta, a Phoenix restaurant run by chef Stephen Jones.

    Accessing the Sapphire Lounge at PHX

    To access Chase Sapphire Lounge locations, Priority Pass™ members can show their Priority Pass physical or Digital Membership Card, along with a valid boarding pass within three hours of their departing flight, to enter.

    Sapphire Reserve cardmembers are allowed to bring up to two guests per visit and can bring additional guests for a fee. There is no charge for children under the age of two.

    Priority Pass Select membership

    Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers receive complimentary Priority Pass Select™ membership, which includes access to lounges and experiences in many of the world's busiest airports. Priority Pass Select is specifically offered as a credit card benefit, but travelers can also purchase a Priority Pass membership separately.

    Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can enroll in a complimentary Priority Pass Select membership that gives them access to 1,300+ airport lounges worldwide.  Cardmembers can activate their membership by signing in to their Chase Ultimate Rewards® account or calling the number on the back of their card.

    Frequent travelers may find that there are many benefits of being a Sapphire Reserve cardmember in addition to airport lounge access. Bear in mind the card has an annual fee.

    Travel benefits

    Sapphire Reserve does have an annual fee but offers travel perks and benefits like trip delay reimbursement, travel and emergency assistance and auto rental coverage, to name a few.

    The card also provides statement credits for some travel-related expenses.

    Up to $300 statement credit

    Sapphire Reserve offers up to $300 in statement credit reimbursements each anniversary year. This credit applies to eligible travel purchases, including airfare, hotels, car rentals and parking. 

    Global Entry, TSA PreCheck® or NEXUS statement credit

    Cardmembers can receive one statement credit of up to $120 every four years for the cost of applying to these programs. Keep in mind, you can only get the $120 reimbursement when you use your Sapphire Reserve to pay the application fee. Application does not guarantee approval, and the fee for these programs is nonrefundable if you are not approved.
