Using your card to transfer money or to fund other accounts
You’ve previously transferred money from, or funded another account with, your credit card. In the future, these transactions will be considered cash advances and will incur a cash advance fee and will be subject to your cash advance APR.
To avoid the credit card cash advance fee and cash advance APR, you can:
- Use your debit card or checking account to transfer money or send funds to other accounts through a third-party payment service.
- Use Zelle® in the Chase Mobile® app or chase.com to send money to anyone you know who has a U.S. bank account.
- You’ll need to have a Chase checking account and know the payees email address or mobile phone number.
- You can learn more about this at chase.com/zelle.
You can also check your Cardmember Agreement for more information on cash-like transactions. Visit Chase.com to order a copy at any time.
Thank you for being our customer.
