Chase is committed to our communities. Our Community Reinvestment and Community Partnerships group strives for continuous engagement with local nonprofit partners to understand and meet the needs of the community.
Our Relationship Officers work to:
- Strengthen the communities in which we live and work by providing access to tools and resources that help consumers make well-informed decisions.
- Work alongside local nonprofit organizations to provide innovative and impactful Community Development services that are responsive to the needs of the community.
- Coordinate with other Chase associates to build our nonprofit partners’ capacity to serve their clients.
Some of our activities include: Homebuyer Education and Orientations, Financial Capability Workshops, NeighborWorks Training Scholarships, and Delivery of Financial and Professional Services to our partners, such as service on nonprofit boards and committees and providing loan committee review.
As our nonprofit partner, you play a key role in your community. Help your clients achieve their financial and homeownership goals by being as informed as possible. Whether buying their first home, submitting mortgage assistance requests or using credit responsibly, we're here to help you answer your clients' important questions.
