Additional Benefit Information

  • This is a pay-per-use roadside assistance program which provides you with security and convenience when you need help, whether you need a tow or roadside service. 
  • Dependable roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States and Canada.

What's covered

For a pre-negotiated, per service fee, the program provides:

  • Standard towing – up to 5 miles.
  • Tire changing – must have good, inflated spare.
  • Jump start.
  • Battery assistance.
  • Fuel delivery – up to 5 gallons (cost of fuel not included).
  • Standard winching – within 100 feet of paved or county-maintained road only.

Vehicles that weigh 10,000 pounds or less.

What’s not covered

This is not an exhaustive list. Examples include:

Vehicles weighing more than ten thousand (10,000) pounds are considered `Medium Duty' or `Heavy Duty' and are not covered under this program.
