Chase Offers: Chase is wholly responsible only for posting the statement credit to your account based on the data it receives from its third-party service provider. The statement credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days of Chase’s receipt of the information.
Pay with Points: For Pay with Points to be available, your Instacart Mastercard must be selected as your payment method. When you Pay with Points, each point is worth $.01 (one cent), meaning 100 points equals $1 in redemption value. There is no minimum points balance to redeem. If you don’t use points to pay for your entire order, you must use your Instacart Mastercard and/or Instacart credits to cover the remaining balance. You can’t use Pay with Points to pay for Instacart gift cards, Instacart+ membership, alcohol, or prescription orders. Additional exclusions may apply. For valid returns or cancellations of any kind, your points will not be refunded. Points will be returned to you as an Instacart credit, redeemable only in the Instacart app or at Instacart.com. An additional temporary authorization hold will be applied to your Instacart Mastercard to account for potential changes in the final total due to special requests, added items, items replaced at a different price, and the actual weight of items. Your statement will reflect the final order total after order completion. You can’t Pay with Points for orders outside of the United States.
Adding An Authorized User: All correspondence, including credit cards, statements, and notifications will be sent to the name and address on file for the primary cardmember. The primary cardmember is responsible for repaying all balances on this account. Authorized users will have the same account number and charging privileges as the primary cardmember but will not be financially responsible. Chase provides account information to the credit reporting agencies for all account users. This information could impact an authorized user’s credit score. When you tell us to add a user to your account, you’re confirming that you have a relationship with the person or people whose name(s), address(es), and date(s) of birth you’ve told us, that all their information is correct, and that you have their consent to add them. If Chase determines you’ve given us fraudulent name, address, or date of birth information or did not have such consent, Chase can close this account.
