Free Night Award Every Cardmember Anniversary: To qualify for this Free Night Award, you must be the primary cardmember and your card account must be open and not in default at the time the award is issued. Please allow up to 10 weeks after your cardmember anniversary each year for your Free Night Award to be issued to you. (“Anniversary” is the date that is twelve months after your account open date, and the same date each twelve months thereafter.) This Free Night Award is good for one (1) night in any available standard room within 12 months from issuance at Hyatt hotels and resorts that are designated as Category 1 through 4 under the World of Hyatt program. Not valid at properties in any other category or at Miraval, Hyatt Zilara or Hyatt Ziva resorts. To find Category 1 through 4 hotels or resorts, visit worldofhyatt.com. An authorized user will not receive this Free Night Award. Hyatt reserves the right to reclassify any hotel or resort at any time for any reason in its sole discretion (provided that reclassification of a hotel or resort will not affect a previously booked award reservation). This Free Night Award must be redeemed for a reservation with a checkout date before the expiration date of the award. This Free Night Award cannot be redeemed for packages. Resort, destination, or facility fees, where charged by the applicable hotel or resort, will be waived for cardmembers for the specific redeemed Free Night Award (excluding Hyatt Residence Club resorts). In some instances, a hotel or resort may charge other fees (such as a “service fee” for room service) that are independent of any resort, destination, or facility fee charged by that hotel or resort. These fees will not be waived when redeeming a Free Night Award. Reservations for Free Night Award redemption are subject to availability and must be made in advance by visiting the My Awards page within your account at worldofhyatt.com, or by calling 888.75.HYATT or your nearest Hyatt Global Contact Center. Free Night Award After $15,000 in Purchases: As a one-time bonus each calendar year, you, as the primary cardmember, will earn a Category 1 through 4 Free Night Award after you spend $15,000 in purchases. Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. This Free Night Award is good for one (1) night in any available standard room within 12 months of issuance at Hyatt hotels and resorts that are designated as Category 1 through 4 under the World of Hyatt program. Chase Offers: Chase is wholly responsible only for posting the statement credit to your account based on the data it receives from its third-party service provider. The statement credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days of Chase’s receipt of the information.

Account Alerts: Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons including technology failures and capacity limitations. There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply.
Provider Fees: Please contact your service merchant for details on any fees that may be associated with paying your bill using a credit card.
Adding An Authorized User: All correspondence, including credit cards, statements, and notifications will be sent to the name and address on file for the primary cardmember. The primary cardmember is responsible for repaying all balances on this account. Authorized users will have the same account number and charging privileges as the primary cardmember but will not be financially responsible. Chase provides account information to the credit reporting agencies for all account users. This information could impact an authorized user’s credit score. When you tell us to add a user to your account, you’re confirming that you have a relationship with the person or people whose name(s), address(es), and date(s) of birth you’ve told us, that all their information is correct, and that you have their consent to add them. If Chase determines you’ve given us fraudulent name, address, or date of birth information or did not have such consent, Chase can close this account.

All participation in the World of Hyatt program, including accrual and redemption of Bonus Points, Free Night Awards, Tier Qualifying Night Credits and receipt of membership benefits, is subject to the terms and conditions of the World of Hyatt program.
