Providing clients with term financing solutions from $500,000 to $25 million+ when purchasing or refinancing an apartment building with five or more units. Offering both fixed and adjustable rate loan programs and up to 30-year terms and 30-year amortization**.

Based on your rate outlook and cash flow needs, our array of fixed and  adjustable rate loan programs with flexible prepayment options are designed to get your deals done.

Hybrid

Fixed rate for 3, 5, 7 and 10-years, then converts to adjustable rate (6-month LIBOR or 12-MTA* for remaining term).

ARMs

6-month LIBOR or 12-MTA with term and amortization up to 30-years**.

Fixed

15-year fixed rate (15-year term and 15-year amortization**).

Flexible Prepayment Options

Stepdown and yield maintenance options available and vary by loan program.
