Sophia:

My parents started this business in 1980. My dad is the liaison, he is the jokester. My mom is the so-called mayor of Po Wing Hong.

A montage shows Patrick laughing with Sophia in front of the market and Nancy helping customers at the register.

A montage shows dozens of men and women purchasing items in the bustling grocery store.

Sophia:

We're an extremely busy store. We love that energy. As a small business, we rely on good technology and Chase really provides that for us.

Standing at a computerized register, a cashier prints out a receipt and hands it to a customer.

Sophia:

Four years ago, we started using Chase Merchant Service credit card terminals, and their online portal as well.

Video clips show a woman inserting her Chase credit card into a credit card reader and Sophia using a keyboard to access information on a Chase website.

Sophia:

Our old system would always go offline. With Chase Merchant Services, the transaction speeds are so fast. And also if there is any issues we can correct that very quickly either on the terminal or online.

Sophia, Patrick, and Nancy share a laugh with a dark-haired woman wearing business attire.

Sophia:

So Ming is our business banker at Chase. She's been really supportive throughout these years.

On screen:

A video clip shows Ming meeting with Sophia and Patrick at their small office on the grocery store property.

Sophia:

She'll come down instead of having us go to her and that's really important because, well, time is money!

On screen:

The food market shelves hold jars, tins, boxes, and packages of grocery items (many from Asian companies).

Sophia:

I hope to expand our business. I feel like I'm in really good hands with Chase and I just want to make sure my parents' legacy continues and that we can continue to be a staple in Chinatown.

On screen:

Smiling, Sophia, Nancy, and Patrick stand in front of their market. They joyfully hold up their hands, and spread out their arms.
